Service Providers/Vendors

Some services required by members, such as home maintenance/repairs, are provided by persons with specific expertise and an appropriate business license.  

The village seeks to help its members identify and work effectively with contractors who can be trusted to provide quality work at a fair price.  To that end, the village will establish a referral network of contractors who provide services consistent with its mission.  These service providers will be vetted by the village and will be expected to adhere to a set of customer service standards. Screening of contractors includes reference checks, a background screen, and an interview.  Feedback from members is included in a continuing vetting process.
