Meet carpool at Newbury Park Library (4:45 PM). Take a “Island Packers Caroling Cruise” on a boat! Lights dazzle as they reflect upon the water from the decked out homes in the Ventura Keys neighborhood (6:30 - 7:30 PM). Stay for dinner at the harbor restaurants or return back to the library (8:30 PM).
